QUICK LUNCH

 Veg with Dip - when you don’t have much time!

  • Chop a variety of veg into sticks, i.e. carrots, cucumber, celery, peppers, fennel - whatever you have to hand

  • You can buy a variety of dips such as hummus, baba ganoush or you could mash an avocado with some garlic and lemon juice

  • Add some oat cakes or toasted pitta bread

  • You can add a source of protein e.g. hardboiled egg.
